Floor Plans

The Need for a Floor Plan

Floor plans are an essential asset when marketing a property. They provide clients with crucial layout information and room dimension details. In fact, research conducted by Rightmove suggests that over a third of buyers are less likely to enquire about a property without a floor plan. Quite simply, a floor plan communicates features of a property that images and a description can not. If you are an estate agent, property developer, landlord or vendor, the Roost floor plan service will gain you more viewings and therefore more sales.

Why Brighthouse Photography?

A property's size plays a major role in its asking price. You need assurance that your plan's gross internal area (GIA) is optimised to capture all available space. We always measure to this higher standard, while ensuring that RICS guidelines are met at all times. Our professional plans are then created digitally using specialist Service from Metropix to convert measurements into an illustration. The benefits of this method are that your GIA can be calculated very precisely, and that the layout of your property is represented faithfully. We offer floor plans which can be colour coded to the Estate Agent's preference as well as offering  both 2D and 3D Floor Plans.

How Does it Work?

At Brighthouse Photography we provide a simple, efficient service at a competitive price. Our pricing is split  into three different Property Bands (A,B & C) depending on the estimated gross internal area (GIA) measured in square foot (sqft). Our property Bands are defined as follows: -

  •           Band A  ≤ 1000 sqft
  •           Band B  > 1000  ≤ 2000 sqft
  •           Band C  > 2000 ≤ 4000 sqft

A digitally created scale drawing featuring detailed dimensions and GIA information will then be available within 48 hours, and can be delivered in a variety of file formats, including PDF and JPEG.
